About the Owner
Brandi Hodges
Brandi was born and raised in Longmont, Colorado and moved to Weld County in 1998. She began her oil & gas career in 2007 at a small rig‑moving and swab rig service company. She later spent eight years with Noble Energy, primarily in the EHS Department, with additional experience in several field roles.
In 2017, Brandi resigned from Noble to start her own safety consulting company. Since then, she has enjoyed helping her client base with a variety of safety services. In 2024, she began a two‑year rotation in Midland, TX (Permian Basin), providing drilling safety support to two H&P rigs. Her experience working with diverse teams at Noble Energy, in West Texas, and with many other individuals and companies has equipped her with the skills to build strong partnerships with both small and large operations that need support navigating legal regulations and client requirements.
Outside of work, Brandi enjoys traveling, hiking, paddle boarding, live music, off‑roading in a built 4Runner, and spending time with her dog, Tyco
